How do I re-join/re-start last year's group?

From the "My Groups" drop-down menu click on "Create or Join a Group"

Under "My 2021 Group", click "Rejoin"

If you do not have an entry already, you will be asked to create one:

If you have an entry already, you will be asked to select an entry to join the group:
