CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS

IMPORTANT: ESPN Fan Support CANNOT change/edit Account Email Addresses.

1. Hover over the Account icon on the top right of your screen. 
2. Click ESPN Profile. Under Email, select Edit. 
3. Check your inbox for an email from ESPN with the subject: Your ESPN Account Passcode. 
4. Enter your verification code to verify your email address. 
5. Now enter your new email address and select "Save".  

CHANGE PASSWORD IN PROFILE

1. To change your password, within the Account Icon, under Change Password, type in your current password and your new password. 
2. Scroll down and select the blue Done button.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD RESET

1. Click on the Profile button (far right top corner on ESPN.com home page).
2. Click on "Log In" (left side menu)
3. Click on "Need help signing in?"
4. Enter the email address associated with your account.
5. A temporary passcode will be emailed to the address you entered.
6. This is what the email looks like.
7. Enter the passcode, then tap "Continue."
8. You may now proceed to access your account by tapping "Finish Sign-in". However, it is advisable to take the opportunity to set a new password by tapping "Reset Password".
9. Enter your new password. 
   • NOTE: This field is case-sensitive. Tap the box next to "Show password" to see what you are entering. 
10. Tap "Done" when ready.
11. Now tap "Save" to update your password.  You will now be logged into the ESPN Fantasy App.
