In League Manager (custom) leagues, League Managers (LMs) have full commissioner controls over the league, including draft admin functions at any time during the draft.

These admin functions can be accessed in the "LM Tools" tab in the LM's main window. The LM can perform the following draft functions if the draft is paused: 

1. Pause Draft: 
   LMs can pause the draft at any time. If the LM pauses the draft, the countdown clock stops, and the app displays a "Draft is Paused" message. Once the LM resumes the draft, the clock will start for the current offer.
2. Allow managers who have disconnected to remain off autopick until their allotted pick time expires. Choosing these settings would allow more time for managers who are not present more often to join the draft. 
3. Configure Time: 
   LMs can set the time per pick. The system default is 30 seconds. Once the draft is resumed, the new time configurations will be in place.
4. Make picks for other managers (draft on behalf of missing managers)
   Use this to draft for managers who could not attend the draft (or LM can let the system autopick; it's all up to the LM!). The league will see a message indicating LM is picking on behalf of someone, then the LM can proceed to the Players tab and pick. 
5. Reset Draft (on the web only): 
   LMs can "reset" the draft at any time. 
   • NOTE for Salary Cap Drafts: If a Salary Cap draft is reset, the draft will start over from scratch: all players are returned to teh draft pool, all winning offers are refunded, and all picks are reversed as if the draft never happened.
6. Undo picks
   LMs have the ability to "undo" any picks during any rounds. If the draft is in the 5th round and LM decides to undo a 2nd-round pick, doing so will also undo any picks made after that pick.
