Why Are Some of My Players Locked?

Player slots lock individually as each NFL game kicks off — so if you left an injured player in an active slot and their game has already started, you won't be able to swap them out for this week.

Once a player's slot is locked, only your League Manager (LM) can make roster changes on your behalf. This is how the LM keeps things fair and prevents any mid-game lineup adjustments that could give a team an unfair advantage.

Roster Adjustment on the ESPN Fantasy App (LM Only)

• Tap on "League Manager Tools" in the three stacked lines icon (AKA the 'burger').

• Tap on "Edit Rosters" under the Roster Tools section.

• Select the team to edit and move the player(s) as desired.
