If you see a 'user must reauthenticate' message when you try to stream on ESPN App, please attempt the following steps on your device.
1. Open the "Settings" on your Apple Device.
2. Scroll towards the bottom of the page until you are able to locate 'TV Providers"
3. Select this feature and opt to sign out of the current provider.
4. You can now visit ESPN App and log in to your TV provider.
