If your payment method is not being accepted or processed, the following are possible causes:
• Debit or credit card is expired
• Billing information does not match (Check that the card number, CVV, and expiration date were entered correctly)
• Debit or credit card has insufficient funds
• Debit or credit card issuer is not supported
• Billing address is in a different country/region from where you are subscribing
If you have a billing issue, we will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times. If the billing issue persists, your account may go into a billing hold.
Please note if your subscription is on a billing hold, it will remain active, but you will not be able to stream ESPN content until you update your payment information.
If you’re billed by a third party, you will be directed to their website to manage your payment method.
