MyDisney Wallet enables you to use your saved cards to easily pay for select services and experiences across The Walt Disney Family of Companies, including Disney+, ESPN, Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Store. Get started by searching for payment cards you may have previously saved within The Walt Disney Family of Companies to add them to your Wallet.
When you clear your card history, the previously used payment cards will no longer be available for purchases across The Walt Disney Family of Companies unless manually added when purchasing. No changes will be made to your payment details for any active streaming subscriptions.
NOTE: Participation in MyDisney Wallet is optional.
How to Set Up MyDisney Wallet
New Accounts
When you create a new account during subscribing on ESPN you will have the option to participate in MyDisney Wallet during the payment phase.
After entering your credit card or payment instrument, you will see the option to use MyDisney Wallet. Just check the box and it will be activated once you complete the sign up process.
Existing Accounts
If you already have an ESPN or Disney account and are subscribing for the first time, you will see the option to use MyDisney Wallet during the Payment phase of the subscription process. When you select this option, you will be prompted to search for existing cards.
For example, you have a Disney account and have used your credit card elsewhere in The Walt Disney Family of Companies. Searching enables MyDisney Wallet to register that card for future use.
Click on the MyDisney Wallet option to begin.
Select Search for Cards.
Any credit card(s) attached to your account in our system will be displayed. You will be able to select which cards you wish to use in MyDisney Wallet. Simply check the box for each desired card.
Once you have checked your selections, click on ADD SELECTED CARDS.
NOTE: You may reject all cards by clicking on REJECT ALL CARDS. If you do this, you will need to enter a new credit card or payment method.
Once selected, you will see your MyDisney Wallet listed. The credit card with the checkmark is the credit card that will be used for making payments.
The pencil icon allows you to edit the credit card.
Add New Card enables you to add a new credit card to MyDisney Wallet.
Deferred MyDisney Wallet Enrollment
You may decide skip setting up MyDisney Wallet and enroll at a later time. If you do this, enrolling in MyDisney Wallet is simple. Go into your Account the select Subscription Details. Locate Payment Method and click on Change. This initiates the option to set up MyDisney Wallet.
How to Manage MyDisney Wallet
ADD OR EDIT A CREDIT CARD
Go into your Account then select Subscription Details. Locate Payment Method and click on Change.
You will now see your current MyDisney Wallet credit cards and the option to Add Card.
Selecting Add Card opens up the entry field for your credit card details. Clicking on the Add Card button once finished, uploads the card and selects that as the current payment method.
NOTE: To edit an existing credit card, select the pencil icon next to the listed credit card. You can use this option when updating an expiration date on the current credit card.
TO REMOVE A CREDIT CARD
To remove a credit card, such as when it expires, go into your Account the select Subscription Details. Locate Payment Method and click on Change.
Your MyDisney Wallet will display. Expired cards will be flagged for your reference. Select the pencil icon next to the card you wish to remove. Then click on Remove Card.
NOTE: You can also edit the expiration date and click on Save Card to update the information.
