In fantasy hockey, League Managers can set a maximum amount of games played during the season/H2H matchup.
NOTE: If a team exceeds this value, it will continue to accrue stats for the rest of the day, but will NOT earn any skating/goalie stats the next day until the end of the matchup/season.
For example, in a H2H league, if your league sets up like this:
Scenario 1:
At the conclusion of Saturday night's game, you have 30 Skater games and 4 Goalie games completed. On Sunday, you can then play any numbers of skaters and goalies you like and exceed that amount.
Scenario 2:
At the conclusion of Thursday night's game, you have 30 Skater games and 4 Goalie games completed.
You then proceed to play 2 Skater and 1 goalie on Friday.
After Friday's games, you now have 32 Skaters and 5 Goalies.
In this case, you will NOT receive any points from any of your players on Saturday and Sunday since you exceeded the maximum prior to end-of-matchup.
GAMES PLAYED LIMITS - GOALIE
Enter a limit on the number of games a team may use in a given matchup. If a team exceeds this value, it will continue to accrue stats for the rest of the day, but will not earn any goaltending stats from players in goalie slots the next day until the end of the matchup. This value represents the limit for a standard matchup, which is 7 days in length.
Longer or shorter matchups will have their limits scaled proportionally. By default, there are no limits on goalies.
GAMES PLAYED LIMITS - SKATERS
Enter a limit on the number of games a team may use in a given matchup. If a team exceeds this value, it will continue to accrue stats for the rest of the day, but will not earn any skating stats from players in skater slots the next day until the end of the matchup.
