After a waiver period has concluded, or in a league that does not use waivers, all players will be listed as free agents. Free agents can be added at any time by following these steps:
USING THE ESPN FANTASY APP
- Click on the Players page.
- Tap on the player you want. You will see a green "Add" button (Free Agent; immediately available) or a yellow "Claim" button (On Waivers; not available until the waiver claims process).
- Select the player you would like to drop
- Confirm the transaction.
If the player is a Free Agent, the transaction will execute immediately, and the new player will appear on your bench.
If you are claiming a player, you must wait for the league's waivers to process.
ON ESPN.com FANTASY
- On your My Team page, click the Players tab, then select Add Players from the dropdown menu.
- The default view shows ALL available players, sorted in descending order from the highest percentage rostered to the least.
- You can Search/Sort three additional ways:
- By Position
- Search Field
- Filter by availability, Team, Health, Watchlist
- To add or make a claim
- Tap on the player you want.
- Tap the green "Add" button (Free Agent; immediately available)
- Tap the yellow "Claim" button (On Waivers; not available until the waiver claims process).
- Select the player you would like to drop
- Confirm the transaction.
If the player is a Free Agent, the transaction will execute immediately, and the new player will appear on your bench.
