Can't remember your username and/or password? No problem! Follow the steps below to recover your information on Tournament Challenge App
Recovering information on the Tournament Challenge App:
1. Click on the menu in the upper left-hand corner.
2. Select "Log In" from the menu.
3. Click on the "Log In" button (below the blue "Sign Up" button).
On the Log In screen, select "Forgot Username" and/or "Forgot Password" and submit the requested information to retrieve your user information.
4. Click on "Need help logging in?"
5. Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Continue"
6. A temporary passcode will be emailed to the address you entered.

8. Enter the pass code then tap "Continue"
9. You may now proceed to access your account by tapping ""Done". However, it is advisable to take the opportunity to set a new password by tapping "Reset Password".
10. Enter your new password. NOTE: This field is case-sensitive. Tap the box next to "Show password" to see what you are entering. Tap "Done" when ready.
11. Now tap "Save" to update your password. You will now be logged into the ESPN Fantasy App.
Recover information on the Web (ESPN.com):
1. Click on the button (far right top corner on ESPN.com home page).
2. Click on "Log In" (left side menu)
3. Click on "Need help signing in?"
5. Enter the email address associated with your account
6. A temporary pass code will be emailed to the address you entered.

8. Enter the pass code then tap "Continue"
9. You may now proceed to access your account by tapping "Finish Sign-in". However, it is advisable to take the opportunity to set a new password by tapping "Reset Password".
10. Enter your new password. NOTE: This field is case-sensitive. Tap the box next to "Show password" to see what you are entering. Tap "Done" when ready.
11. Now tap "Save" to update your password. You will now be logged into the ESPN Fantasy App.
That didn't work!
If the above steps do not work for you or you are not receiving the temporary pass code email. Please utilize the "Email" button at the bottom of this FAQ page to reach out to ESPN Fan Support (or directly at, support@espncustomercare.com) for further assistance. Include answers to the questions below in your initial email for a more rapid response.
Subject - "Password Reset Request"
1) What is the First/Last Name on the ESPN Account?
2) What is the Date of Birth listed on the ESPN Account?
3) What is the email address listed on the ESPN Account?
Once received, and your account information has been verified, an ESPN Fan Support rep will send you a manual password reset directly to the email on the ESPN Account. That direct email will come from "Disney Member Services" and will guide you to reset your ESPN Password (FYI: Disney is the majority owner of ESPN and we share a Customer Database), resetting your Disney password also resets your ESPN password and visa versa.
