Sometimes you may need to relinquish management of a team. You can always leave your team BEFORE the league draft. Things get trickier after the draft has occurred.
- In Public Leagues, you may not leave once the draft has completed.
- In League Manager leagues, you can leave your team, but you will need to ask your LM to remove you as a Team Manager. PRO-TIP: In LM leagues, you can add a second manager to your team. This is a nice way to hand off your team to another manager before leaving.
How to Leave a League
- Click the Leave League link on your team page before the league's draft.
- Team managers can't leave a league after the draft occurs.
- Public Leagues (post-draft): You can not leave the league.
- League Manager leagues (post-draft): Your LM will have to manually remove you as a Team Manager.
How to Remove a Team Manager (LM and Web Only)
- Open LM Tools.
- Click on League Membership Tools.
- Click on Edit Managers and Send Invitations.
- Click on the red Remove Manager button to the right of the Team Manager to be removed.
- You will be prompted to sign in again for confirmation.
- You will then need to confirm the removal by clicking on Remove Manager from the pop-up.
