If you purchased a bundle plan through Disney+ or Hulu, you do not need to activate your Disney+ and ESPN accounts and can start streaming right away. Use the same email address and password you used to sign up to access each service.
Activate Hulu
If you’re new to Hulu* and purchased a bundle plan through Disney+, you’ll need to activate your Hulu account before you can log in to the Hulu app and start streaming. An activation link will be presented to you once you’ve successfully signed up and sent to you via email. Click on the link to activate your account.
You can also follow the steps below to activate your Hulu account through your Disney+ Account page:
- On a mobile or web browser, log in to your Disney+ Account page and select Billing Details
- Select Watch Now next to Hulu
- Create your new Hulu account and start streaming
TIP: Disney+ subscribers who have access to Hulu (either through a Disney bundle or a linked standalone Hulu subscription) can also stream select content from the Hulu library via the Disney+ app. Full access to the Hulu library is available on the Hulu app.

I’m having trouble logging into ESPN
If you bought a Disney bundle plan through Disney+ and are having issues logging in to ESPN, follow the steps below:
- Open DisneyPlus.com on a web or mobile browser
- Enter your email and select Continue
- Enter your password and select Log In
- Select your profile
- On the homepage, Navigate to your Account page
- On a web browser, hover over the profile icon in the top right corner and click Account
- On a mobile browser, tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner of your screen
- Look for the Verify Account alert banner and select Verify Account
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification
- Once your account has been verified, log into ESPN using the same email address and password you used when signing up for your Disney subscription
- Please note, it may take a few minutes for your bundle credentials to sync with ESPN
If you do not see the Verify Account alert banner in your Disney+ account settings, try resetting your password and logging into ESPN again.
