• Decide which players to start for each day of competition

• Your team page allows you to analyze each of your current players, review their performance (previous day/week, year to date, etc.), and freely move players between your active roster and bench

• Roster moves involving a player may be made right up until that player's team is scheduled to begin playing in their game for that scoring period.

• You must move one active player to the bench or to waivers when moving an inactive/benched player to your active lineup. If you make a move that violates a roster slot, an error message will appear, notifying you to double-check the proposed transaction. You will need to ensure that you are moving players into eligible slots per Position Eligibility

On the ESPN Fantasy App

1. Go to your team's homepage under Roster.
2. Tap on the position button next to the player you wish to move. For example, BE for a player on your Bench.
3. This will bring up a short list of eligible positions.
4. ​Tap on the "Position" button next to the player you wish to swap positions with. Unless it is empty, just tap the slot.
5. You will see a confirmation pop-up indicating that the move was automatically saved.
6. PRO TIP: The ESPN Fantasy App also provides you with a "Quick Lineup" option.  This will allow you to automatically set your lineup either for a day or the entire matchup.  Thsi feature works by placing available players into their eligible slots if they have a game scheduled.  It will use the players' rankings to determine which players are prioritized. This feature is exclusive to the ESPN Fantasy App.

On the Web

1. Navigate to "My Team"
2. ​Click on "Move" next to the player whom you wish to move within your lineup​
3. Click on the "Here" button next to the slot into which you would like to move that player. 
   • NOTE: As soon as you click "Here," the change will be processed automatically. If you place the player into an empty slot, an empty slot will be created at that player's previous position. ​A green confirmation banner will appear at the bottom of the page
